Overview.
Working as a freelancer and closely together with Pedro Guerra on this virtual reality project empowered by VR360, we contributed with the design concept and prototyping of an immersive and interactive Virtual Reality Factory Tour and Showroom Experience for a world leader brand in baby carriers specializing in bicycle and motorcycle accessories.
My role
Graphic Design • UI&UX Design
Goals
Design the interface for the virtual tour and product stands.
Incorporate additional information during the visit.
Design an illustrative map of the tour.
The Challenge
We were challenged to design the interface for a virtual tour experience throughout Polisport's infrastructures and 3D product stands.
The Solution
The approach for this project was to create an immersive and explorative environment for the user.
Research
The tour would essentially be made from multiple sequences of panoramic photography for the Polisport infrastructures, each one with specific information.
Such a large tour requires to have information reduced to small chunks, so that the user can go from the beginning to the end of a visit without feeling overwhelmed. Pedro Guerra guided the research and lead with the creative direction.

Ideation
We anchored the concept of the tour on the bike rider. From buttons to scroll bars, the interactivity of the bike rider promotes more interactions with the website.

design & Development
For this project to live outside the panoramic photography, we designed screens for additional information, as well as screens for interactive viewing of the products on the virtual stand.
Final Thoughts
Working on a project empowered by VR360 and alongside with Pedro Guerra was very inspiring, exciting and an extremely informative experience.
